By using the Nona app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Service operator: Serhii Smus, contact: flavisanguis@gmail.com.
Nona calculates a psychomatrix (the Pythagorean square), daily readings, and compatibility based on dates of birth, and provides original interpretations. It is a tool for self-reflection and entertainment. Interpretations describe tendencies, not facts or predictions, and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on the app.
An account is optional: core features work locally. An account (sign-in with Apple, Google, or an email code) enables synchronization of your data. You are responsible for access to your sign-in method. You may delete your account at any time in Profile — this irreversibly deletes your cloud data.
You may not: hack or circumvent the app's technical restrictions, use Nona's content to build competing interpretation databases, present generated materials as professional advice, or enter other people's data without a lawful basis to share it.
Nona's design, name, marks, interpretation texts, and program code are protected by intellectual property rights. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app. Share cards you create may be published freely.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that interpretations will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid over the last 12 months of use.
We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, unless mandatory rules of the law of your country provide otherwise. Disputes are resolved through negotiation via flavisanguis@gmail.com; failing agreement — in a court of competent jurisdiction.
